Our Freedom Bundled Phone and Internet Plans not only save you money, it's a superior product. We offer greater quality results when we combine our telephone and High Speed services. The voice quality is fantastic with our high Speed Connection connected directly to our data center telephone switching equipment. The superior quality is noticeable since we dramatically reduce voice quality issues delivering our voice packets in a local environment with low latency. In simple terms a DolphinTel freedom plan user does not route calls from your building to the switching equipment through the Internet. Most voip problems are caused by uncontrollable lost voice packets caused by a poor Internet connection due to inconsistent speed and/or poor network equipment. The Freedom plans are not technically voip, but better classified as a digital phone. This quality of service is achieved by owning our own High Speed ADSL Network throughout British Columbia and Alberta through our parent company Internet Lightspeed Communications.

Unlimited Long Distance Calling is based on normal residential consumption. If Dolphin service is deployed outside of the Vancouver area, such as another country, your dolphin adapter still qualifies for unlimited calls to and from the qualified calling areas. Calls to Mobile phones outside of North America are not included.

* The ADSL portion of the Dolphin Freedom Plans is subject to a network access fee of $4.95 per month plus taxes. There is also a CRTC tariff that is currently included with the above prices. In some rural areas your monthly rate may be slightly higher due higher than our normal imposed tariffs. In most case the rate will not change. We will contact you at the time we receive you application if the rate is higher than the postes online. However, as an example we can offer communities such as 100 Mile House and Jasper are the same monthly rates and Vancouver and Calgary. ADSL2+ Enhanced offered where available, you may be placed on a regular ADSL high Speed connection until a ADSL2+ 3.0 is available. All rates and special programs are subject to change.
