Things to Consider when porting your existing number:

Timing - It can take upto 4 weeks to successfully port your phone number to Dolphintel

Paperwork - We will provide you a LNP (Local Number Porting) Form that needs to be properly filled out. We will also require a copy of your phone bill from your previous company. It's important to know that a (LNP) form that has not been completed properly can increase the amount of time to port your number to Dolphintel.

Cancelling your current Provider - Do not cancel your old phone service until after your number is ported to Dolphintel. We cannot port your number unless your account is still active with your current provider. Once your number is transferred, you can cancel your prior phone service.
